The Hoshizaki IM-30CPE-25 is a compact commercial cube ice machine designed to produce high-quality 25mm cube ice for cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels, catering businesses, clubs and other commercial foodservice applications. This self-contained Hoshizaki ice maker combines reliable ice production with a compact footprint, making it ideal for commercial kitchens, bars and hospitality venues where space is limited.

Producing approximately 25kg of ice per 24 hours under standard operating conditions, and up to 27kg per 24 hours under favourable conditions, the IM-30CPE-25 provides a dependable supply of clear, slow-melting cube ice for chilled drinks, cocktails, food presentation and general commercial use. The integrated 11.5kg ice storage bin provides convenient on-demand access to freshly produced ice.

Built with a durable stainless steel exterior and using environmentally friendly R290 natural refrigerant, the Hoshizaki IM-30CPE-25 combines efficient operation, easy cleaning and dependable commercial ice-making performance in a compact self-contained design.

Features:

  Produces high-quality 25x25x23mm cube ice suitable for cocktails, soft drinks, water, food presentation and general commercial hospitality applications. The clear, hard cubes melt slowly to help maintain drink quality.

  Produces approximately 25kg of ice per 24 hours under standard conditions, with production of up to 27kg per 24 hours under favourable operating conditions.
• Integrated 11.5kg ice storage bin
  The built-in storage bin holds approximately 11.5kg of ice, with the bin control set to approximately 6kg of ice.
• Variable speed magnetic DC pump motor
  The variable speed magnetic DC pump motor improves operating efficiency and supports reliable ice production while reducing unnecessary energy consumption.
• Automated cleaning system
  Automated cleaning functions help simplify routine maintenance, with wash auto-restart functionality helping return the machine to operation after the cleaning cycle.
• Water circuit and condenser cleaning notification
  A dedicated notification alerts operators when the water circuit or condenser requires cleaning, helping maintain hygiene and reliable ice production while maintaining efficiency.
• Easy-clean air filter
  The removable and easy-to-clean air filter helps protect the condenser from dust and airborne debris, supporting efficient refrigeration performance and reducing unnecessary service requirements.
