Thanks to its 12kW of heating power and intuitive usability the EC40-7 makes certain of consistent cooking results across seven
full-size or 1/1 GN trays. That extra energy also creates flexibility in programming – meaning convection, steam and combination
modes can be refined for perfect cooking results. Wide tray spacing and an easy-use interface are designed with a busy
operator in mind and an externally fitted hand shower makes for quick cleaning at the end of a shift.
