The Cossiga OTSHB is a premium commercial overhead heat bar designed to maintain hot food at the correct serving temperature while maximising visibility and service efficiency. Designed in New Zealand by Cossiga, the OTSHB is ideal for quick service restaurants, restaurants, cafés, stadiums, food courts, bakeries, supermarkets, hotels, universities, hospitals and other high-volume commercial foodservice environments.

Purpose-built for pass-through counters and custom heated serving lines, the OTSHB combines powerful overhead ceramic heating with bright LED lighting to help keep food hot, visible and ready to serve. Its slim, modern design integrates seamlessly into new or existing foodservice counters.

Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, the OTSHB delivers reliable commercial heating performance while improving workflow and maintaining food quality during busy service periods.
