The Anets SLG40 is a fantastic work horse gas operated deep fryer. Rated at 90 megajoules with two elliptical shaped burners for 14% better heat transfer you will get approximately 27 kgs of 10mm frozen to done chips per hour. Easy to clean stainless steel tank design with a true deep cool zone to help entend your oil life. Built with standard gas components for complete piece of mind.
